1. I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE?
We do not issue refunds once the order is in the PROCESS OF CREATION or SHIPPED. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money!
2. CAN I RETURN AN ITEM FOR A FULL REFUND?
Unfortunately, Since the items related with pajamas for sale are personal items, there are strictly no returns UNLESS there are defects in the products. If there is, please inform us (Service@bellecy.com) within a WEEK OF RECEIVING. In that case, we would be happy to help find resolution for the issue!
3. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FOR A LARGER OR SMALLER SIZE?
Dear customer, we support the exchange within one week after you receive the product, and it will not affect to sell again, because we are international delivery , you need to pay shipping and tariffs, the shipping and tariffs of each country are different, please contact us email , get the price. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
